This is the fourth year I have attended the Priscilla & Aquila annual conference. Each year, I have grown in appreciation for the unique opportunity it provides for a depth of teaching and discussion in such a clear and biblical way about men and women partnering together in ministry.
This year, I particularly found the plenary talks helpful as Gary and Fiona talked through Genesis with such detail and clarity. Through these talks, it was so easy to see God’s great love of and good design for men and women. Seeing more clearly how the “patriarchal narratives” are not actually patriarchal encourages me to celebrate the way God has made us as men and women, and makes me more thankful for our Creator God’s great and abounding love for us.
