Gospel ministry comes with both highs and lows, and the ministry team you work with can be the source of both. Some of those lows may be avoidable when we understand each other better as men and women—how we operate and how we can complement each other. Between them, Caroline and Jeanette have worked on ministry teams for over 15 years, and they have learned some lessons along the way about brothers and sisters in Christ working together—many of them positive! They’ll share those, and some general principles that aim to help both women and men operate well together, whatever the size and context of the ministry team.
